📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery on federal facilities projects, including federal healthcare facilities and military and government installations • Manage schedule, budget, and quality across the full design process from proposal through construction close-out • Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple concurrent projects • Serve as the primary point of contact for federal agency clients • Manage the performance of subconsultants and trade partners supporting the design effort • Oversee client-facing and subcontractor/consultant coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Senior Engineer or Architect / Project Manager • Proven experience running federal design projects • Strong engineering or architecture background • Experience managing schedule, budget, and quality across the full design process, from proposal through construction close-out • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams • Experience controlling scope and budget and driving quality control • Experience managing federal agency stakeholders • Client-facing experience • Experience overseeing subcontractors and consultants • U.S. Citizenship required • Sponsorship is not available • Licensed Professional Engineer or AIA Architect preferred • PMP Certification optional • LEED Accreditation optional • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) optional • NICET, NACE Level II, or other nationally recognized certification
