📋 Description

• Develop and refine business cases for new products and initiatives by evaluating desirability, feasibility, viability, and organizational impact • Propose and evaluate product business models, including revenue drivers, cost structures, and operational considerations • Lead or support ideation, design sprints, workshops, and collaborative sessions to explore product concepts and define solutions • Work with Finance on revenue projections, scenario analysis, and key assumption testing • Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes • Liaise between business, operational, and technology teams to advance ideas and solutions • Support business intelligence activities, including strategic research, product and industry analysis, and competitive research • Facilitate collaboration and alignment among internal and external stakeholders around complex business challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Minimum of 4 years of business experience in new product development, product management/marketing, or equivalent skills required • Experience in the education, assessment, or legal industry preferred • Experience in project or program management preferred • Experience leading cross-functional teams preferred • Experience using a product development process preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to work LSAC standard business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m. ET • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills • Problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, leadership, teamwork, and adaptability skills
