📋 Description

• Drive consistent revenue growth by owning the performance and results of the regional outside sales team • Lead hands-on coaching and provide real-time feedback to elevate individual and team success • Build a strong, predictable pipeline by uncovering opportunities and accelerating deal momentum • Attract, develop and retain top sales talent in the region • Strengthen how the Genius® platform is positioned with clients • Shape territory strategy using insights to improve execution and increase win rates • Use Atlas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to improve visibility, track performance and drive better decisions • Spend up to 75% of time in the field building connections, developing talent and driving results

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success leading an outside sales team, with at least four years of leadership experience • Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve and exceed targets • Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results • High energy, competitive drive and a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes • Ability to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance • Comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field with a valid driver’s license • Residence within the territory to stay connected and lead effectively • Sales leadership experience in fintech payments, POS, and SaaS is a bonus • If working in the United States, required to undergo a drug test after a conditional offer of employment
