📋 Description

• Lead SEC reporting • Lead corporate governance processes • Support public company operations • Own quarterly and annual SEC filing workstreams • Serve as primary drafter for proxy statements and related disclosures • Oversee Section 16 reporting • Coordinate proxy and shareholder meeting materials • Support the Board of Directors and its committees • Prepare legal memos and board materials • Manage insider trading compliance and equity programs • Translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for executive leadership • Work alongside the senior Corporate Legal team and Deputy General Counsel

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of focused legal experience in public company securities, SEC disclosure, and corporate governance • Hands-on expertise drafting SEC filings and supporting board operations • Strong written communication • Independent judgment • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams • Experience in technology, fintech, or payments is a plus
