📋 Description
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance on HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and state healthcare requirements • Translate complex regulations into actionable policies and systems • Partner across teams to assess regulatory risks • Advise on compliance for new products and workflows • Embed compliance into operational processes • Conduct compliance reviews and audits • Draft policies and training materials • Review vendor agreements • Support investigations • Monitor regulatory developments • Report to the Director of Compliance
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. required • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state • 3–6 years of experience in compliance or regulatory legal practice • Healthcare experience preferred • Strong judgment • Attention to detail • Ability to operate in evolving regulatory environments
