📋 Description

• Support U.S. legal and regulatory operations • Advance the multi-state Money Transmitter License (MTL) project • Conduct regulatory research • Manage licensing application and post-licensing workstreams • Prepare and organize legal materials for NMLS and state submissions • Draft application responses • Coordinate timely communications with internal and external stakeholders • Review and redline commercial agreements • Maintain contract trackers • Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory obligations and risk standards • Support drafting and maintenance of policies and procedures for regulated payments operations • Monitor legal developments • Provide concise, actionable guidance to business teams • Report to the Head of Legal, US

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or digital assets • Strong legal research, writing, and contract review skills • Experience with U.S. money transmission licensing, NMLS filings, and regulated payments companies is highly valued
