• Provide leadership and oversight for clinicians within an assigned region • Lead regional clinical operations, including team performance, resource management, care coordination, and operational initiatives • Drive quality outcomes, member satisfaction, and organizational goals • Oversee clinical quality, regulatory compliance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement • Supervise staff, conduct audits and reporting, and optimize processes • Build and develop high-performing clinical teams • Foster partnerships with health plans, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders • Provide leadership and oversight for integrated utilization management and care management services for members with substance use disorders • Ensure evidence-based, recovery-oriented care • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex substance use disorder cases and staff development
• Current, active, and unrestricted license issued by a state or territory of the United States to practice independently with a legal scope of practice that permits independent assessments • Eligible license: Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, or Registered Nurse • For Registered Nurses, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required • 5+ years post-licensure experience in direct behavioral health care • 3+ years of experience in a formal clinical supervisory position or demonstrated leadership capacity • Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder in a clinical, care management, utilization management, or behavioral health setting • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in performance management • Proficiency in care management tools and models, including case review and audit processes • Knowledge and ability to apply care management principles and concepts • Extensive clinical knowledge base • Ability to pass background checks upon hire and throughout employment, including criminal records, sex offender, sanctions, education, employment, drug screening, and E-Verify checks • High-speed internet service with minimum download speed of 20 Mbps, upload speed of 5 Mbps, and maximum latency of 100 milliseconds • Quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls • Self-motivated and able to lead a team to achieve organizational goals • Ability to engage a wide variety of individuals and excellent organizational skills • Proven interest in professional development through specialization, certification, and/or advanced degree
