• Develop, maintain, and improve a 50-state regulatory monitoring system for HCOE healthcare programs • Attend regulatory agency hearings, public comment sessions, or stakeholder convenings and prepare briefings and summaries • Maintain a regulatory change log and issue tracker with status, owners, deadlines, and risk levels • Track state-specific application requirements, processing timelines, and approval status for program expansions • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports covering regulatory status, state approvals, clinical placement data, and accreditation timelines • Develop and maintain State Approval Trackers with status categories, notes, and risk flags • Produce standardized and ad hoc reports for academic, legal, risk, strategy, and executive stakeholders • Build and maintain a clinical placement data repository • Develop reporting pipelines integrating Smartsheet, SharePoint, OneDrive, and external agency websites • Ensure dashboards and trackers have version control, data source citations, and update timestamps • Support accreditation standards mapping, cycle timelines, self-study due dates, site visit windows, and annual report deadlines • Organize and compile evidence and datasets for accreditation reports, site visits, and interim monitoring submissions • Maintain documentation distinguishing program-level from institutional-level regulatory approval status • Develop templated reports for operational, executive, program-level, and compliance audiences • Prepare presentation-ready data outputs such as slides and formatted tables • Serve as a university consultant and partner with university and system leaders
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a regulatory, compliance, accreditation, academic operations, or healthcare data analyst role • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, or reporting tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent strongly preferred • Experience working in higher education, healthcare regulation, or a multi-site/multi-state compliance environment strongly preferred • Familiarity with nursing education and allied health regulatory frameworks, including state board of nursing and programmatic accreditation approval processes, preferred • Experience working with cross-functional teams with high matrix reporting structure • Bachelor’s degree required in health sciences, public health, healthcare administration, information science, data analytics, or a closely related field • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Ability to access information using a computer • Effective communication up and down the management chain • Ability to cope with stressful situations • Strong mental acuity • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
