📋 Description

• Lead holistic content and digital marketing strategy development aligned with short- and long-term company objectives • Drive monthly LMS purchases by expanding the course portfolio, executing promotions, and positioning LMS within the LCHHS ecosystem • Scale advanced LMS programs with higher consideration, deeper engagement, and premium positioning • Increase inbound program leads through optimized website journeys and content enhancements • Grow the consults vertical through traffic, visibility, and conversion initiatives across sales, SEO, content, and digital • Direct digital marketing and creative teams in comprehensive campaign strategy execution • Build email campaigns that enhance engagement, support launches, and drive brand and revenue goals • Design and execute lead nurture journeys to improve qualification and support sales conversions • Provide strategic brand inputs for partnerships and collaborations • Lead creative and execution teams delivering content, design, and digital requirements • Provide strategic direction, scoping, and guidance for new initiatives • Support onboarding of new experts for brand, content quality, and client experience consistency • Provide strategic inputs to PR efforts for LCHHS

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven expertise in developing content and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals • Strong analytical abilities to research trends, measure KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI • Demonstrated experience leading digital and creative teams in remote environments • Advanced knowledge of relevant digital platforms • Proficiency in marketing tools and automation • Expertise in identifying collaborations, negotiating deals, and expanding into new wellness markets • Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, or a related field • 12–15 years of proven experience in Marketing
