📋 Description

• Own and perform specific project tasks, including contact reports, progress tracking, timesheets, and purchase orders, to ensure effective delivery • Provide administrative and logistical support for timely task completion • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the research team and clients • Anticipate project milestones and contribute to innovative research activity design • Participate in brainstorming sessions and client meetings • Draft screeners, questionnaires, tab specifications, code frames, and presentation sections • Check data tables accurately and conduct quantitative analysis where appropriate • Contribute to proposals • Coach and support junior colleagues and provide on-the-job coaching and feedback to Research Assistants • Support costings and act as an effective project and client manager

🎯 Requirements

• Degree / Masters in any subject or field • 1–3 years’ experience in a research or professional services organisation • At least 1–2 years’ experience in a research-based project support role within the healthcare / life sciences sector • Ability to apply relevant quantitative research methods • Strong ability to draft materials and sections of presentations • Good data analysis and interpretive skills • Solid project management skills • Basic coaching skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
