📋 Description

• Set SIR's business strategy and long-term direction • Define the roadmap from descriptive/retrospective reporting toward advanced and predictive analytics • Lead, hire, develop, and retain the SIR operations team and analytics initiative resources • Ensure accuracy, relevance, and client trust in medical and pharmacy claims analytics • Translate claims and healthcare spend data into insights that help employers lower cost of care and improve outcomes • Partner with engineering to create and sequence a buildable analytics roadmap • Drive investment priorities across product and go-to-market • Own go-to-market strategy and market positioning • Drive business growth, customer retention, satisfaction, and market impact • Align Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and enterprise support functions around shared priorities • Drive business performance and outcomes contributing to Lumelight's growth and value creation • Report to the Chief Operating Officer • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field • 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare analytics, claims operations, benefits consulting, payer, PBM, or self-insured employer environments • Proven success building and leading high-performing teams • Strong expertise with medical and pharmacy claims data and healthcare cost analytics • Experience translating complex analytics into customer-facing business value • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, product and leadership stakeholders • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve client experience • Preferred MBA, MHA, MPH, or related advanced degree • Experience with self-insured employers, stop-loss carriers, or population health analytics • Exposure to predictive modeling, actuarial concepts, AI, or advanced analytics
