📋 Description

• Provide technical troubleshooting, inspections, set up, take down, repairs and maintenance on all units across Southern California and within our local service center. • Operate company vehicles to travel to assigned job sites and safely transport trailers for service operations. • Manage high-volume workloads and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Maintain strict adherence to all operational detail, equipment safety requirements, and fleet safety protocols. • Execute travel and work on flexible schedules, including occasional nights, weekends, and under varying weather conditions as operational needs dictate. • Maintain accurate inventory records of parts to support efficient service operations. • Support and work on ad-hoc projects and team initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work overtime as operational needs dictate. • Technical proficiency utilizing shop tools and basic mathematical competency to accurately read a measuring tape, log physical inventory counts, and track unit-specific maintenance paperwork. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting while maintaining a positive, professional appearance and clear communication. • Physical agility to bend, kneel, reach, crouch, manipulate units, and lift or transport up to 70 lbs. of physical equipment or parts.
