• Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients, vIOP group sessions, and/or Psych Urgent Care appointments (14 bookable calendar spots) • Deliver time-limited, evidence-based treatment via telehealth • Conduct individual, family, and group skills training sessions • Conduct psych urgent care individual sessions, risk and safety assessments, and stabilization plans • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP ASW therapists • Provide clinical quality oversight, mentoring, clinical and administrative supervision to vIOP ASW therapists • Provide ongoing feedback on therapists’ clinical quality, productivity, treatment-model adherence, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness • Ensure care across the team is culturally responsive and outcomes-driven • Lead clinical one-on-ones and consultation team meetings • Provide clinical coverage for vIOP individual and group sessions as needed • Review clinical quality metrics and consult on clinical cases • Assist with quality improvement initiatives, specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews • Attend clinical consultation, multidisciplinary team meetings, and training • Report to the vIOP Clinical Quality Manager
• Master’s degree from a clinical social work track (LCSW) from an accredited program • Current unrestricted license to practice in California • Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as needed to support program growth • 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience • Experience providing care in a high acuity (IOP, PHP, residential) setting • Highly skilled in working with clients with severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high risk presentations • Highly skilled in evidence-based treatments, including CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, and TF-CBT • Experience helping kids, teens, young adults, and families achieve goals • Experience in brief, goal-focused psychotherapy using measurement based care • 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision/training of evidence-based therapies • Prior administrative management • Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive care • Experience with video therapy and supervising/consulting on clinical sessions via video conferencing software • Comfort with technology and working in a fast-moving environment • Excellent interpersonal skills • Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch • Availability to work 11am–8pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday • Potential availability to work Saturdays • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week • Full-time resident of the United States
