• Lead the global People Systems function, ensuring optimal performance, integration, and utilization of HR technology, with a focus on Workday. • Drive strategic initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements to support the company's global People operations. • Strong preference for candidates in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS, with significant experience in Workday • Proven experience in leading global HRIS implementations and operations, including HR-focused data analytics functions • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices and proven delivery of people technology strategies • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
