📋 Description

• Act as the point of contact and interface to the engineering team and business partners for strategic initiatives and complex development efforts • Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives • Collaborate with technology leadership and business partners to facilitate convergence of functional and strategic needs • Promote clear communication, shared ownership, and effective collaboration across teams • Align stakeholders and keep relevant audiences updated • Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes and best practices to improve team efficiency and effectiveness • Problem-solve, identify root causes, and implement effective countermeasures

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program / project management experience • Customer-centric mindset • Strong technical fluency and ability to learn Lyra’s high level systems, integrations, and key functions of the Lyra platform • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent complex topics across varied audiences and technical levels • Expertise in planning, organization, multi-tasking, and execution • Practitioner of agile project management methodologies • Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow • Experience with analytics • Prior startup and/or healthcare experience is a plus • Proficiency with emerging AI tools and technologies is a strong plus
