📋 Description

• Execute assigned configuration tasks across Core HR, workforce structures, self-service, and related HCM modules • Support configuration migration and validation across Sandbox, Development, UAT Staging, UAT, and Pre-Production environments • Build and execute test scripts; log, track, and retest defects • Maintain configuration workbooks and design documentation • Support data validation and reconciliation during migration dry runs • Contribute to contract deliverables, including release notes and status reporting inputs

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required • An active Public Trust level clearance is required • Undergraduate degree, with equivalent years of experience accepted as a substitute • 1–3 years of experience in HCM, ERP, or enterprise application configuration or support • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or a comparable cloud HCM platform • Strong attention to detail and comfort working within a documented change control process • Clear written communication
