📋 Description

• Develop an automation test strategy and execution plan aligned with release and quality objectives • Design, develop, and maintain UI, API, and integration automation suites with traceable coverage • Leverage Tricentis capabilities to support automated testing and quality objectives • Develop complex test scenarios covering edge cases, failure modes, and critical application functionality • Execute tests and analyze results to identify defects and isolate root causes • Conduct system integration and validation testing across functional, performance, and reliability requirements • Develop and maintain quality control artifacts covering regression coverage, test data management, and standards compliance • Perform defect trend analysis and recommend improvements to product design, testability, and process quality • Implement framework and tooling improvements to increase automation reliability, maintainability, and adoption • Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical stakeholders to communicate findings, resolve defects, and improve software quality

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required • Active Public Trust level clearance is required • 6–7 years of relevant test automation and quality engineering experience • Hands-on experience with Tricentis test automation solutions • Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Java or C# • Expertise with React, Next.js, or Angular, including component and UI testing • Proficiency with Testing Library, UI automation, API testing, contract testing, and reliable test design • Experience testing backend services and microservices, including Spring Boot • Experience with Maven for dependency and build management • Experience with container-based integration testing, such as Testcontainers • Ability to design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using clean code, modularity, version control, and CI/CD integration • Strong troubleshooting and defect isolation skills across UI, API, data, and environment layers • Ability to improve quality processes, define testing standards, and drive adoption across teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Familiarity with AI-assisted development and testing workflows using OpenCode, Claude Code, and Gemini Vertex AI
