📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automation frameworks and scripts using C#, Selenium, RestSharp, Appium, and related technologies • Acquire deep knowledge of OneStream products to create effective automation solutions aligned with product functionality and requirements • Lead automation framework development and enhancement • Support comprehensive CI/CD automation infrastructure • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts throughout the software development lifecycle • Identify and drive process optimization opportunities • Ensure code quality, organization, and maintainability within the automation suite • Create comprehensive test cases and integrate automation into the product quality strategy • Investigate automation failures and manage production issues • Report test metrics, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues with development teams • Support business analysts, customers, and testing teams with automation-related queries • Lead peer code reviews and guide QA engineers during test case reviews • Identify test coverage gaps and implement mitigation strategies • Lead development of new quality tools and infrastructure • Drive functional and technical product enhancements • Mentor automation engineers and provide technical guidance • Evaluate quality, automation metrics, and standards • Evaluate Quality Engineering principles and recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or IT-related field • Minimum 3+ years programming experience • 5 years of experience building automation tools and automation for web applications • Experience with C#, Selenium, RestSharp, SQL, Azure, and GIT • Competence in object-oriented programming • Experience with Azure and building pipelines • Skill for writing reusable libraries and understanding design patterns • Experience with Agile/Scrum Development Methodologies • Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions • Excellent written, verbal, and people skills • Ability to document solid, well thought out test cases for complex functionality • Strong foundational understanding of multi-tiered architecture • Strong troubleshooting skills and client engagement • Strong estimating and risk assessment skills • Ability to drive collaboration across scrum teams/organization • 3 years degree preferably in Computer Science • Experience in object-oriented concepts in any programming language • Experience in Azure or AWS cloud platform • Experience leading and working with offshore teams is a plus • Preferred experience and knowledge in SQL and developing database queries • Ability to define, refine, support, and follow established processes • Ability to mentor others in small areas of the OneStream product • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Initiative to learn new technologies and testing techniques • Ability to proactively communicate ideas, issues, risks, and status • Strong client focus on elevating quality standards • Solid analytical approach to validating software quality from feature to end-to-end flow • Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
