📋 Description

• Registration and maintenance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions • Coordination with corporate service providers, registered agents, and beneficiaries • Preparation of corporate resolutions, shareholder and director documents • Opening and maintenance of corporate bank accounts • Support for counterparty due diligence procedures • Liaison with external legal counsel and other local advisors

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Law (preferred specializations: international, corporate, tax law) • Experience working in high-risk sectors preferred • Excellent knowledge of international corporate law, corporate administration, or legal support • Practical experience in company formation and administration across multiple jurisdictions • Experience working with banks and financial institutions on KYC/AML matters • Understanding of corporate governance, compliance requirements, and legal documentation • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing international environment • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) • Quick learner with the ability to take responsibility and work independently
