📋 Description

• Overall accountability for the successful delivery of technology solutions for contracted services • Act as the bridge between Magellan Technology and the client's needs • Ensure smooth transition and enable clients to realize full value of services or products provided • Gather and document issues and requests for change from the client • Maintain status updates and communicate to leadership and client contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer and information science, healthcare administration, business or related field • 7+ years' professional IT experience • 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, program management, or consulting in healthcare IT or a related industry • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and delivering technology solutions • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value for clients • Excellent relationship management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in complex, matrixed environments
