• Provide executive support while exercising confidentiality and diplomacy • Serve as primary strategic and administrative partner to the CEO • Support with strategic and operational tasks • Coordinate key business processes • Represent company externally
🎯 Requirements
• Prior or current experience supporting VPs at tech company • Demonstrates attention to detail, responsible, proactive • Experience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners • Project management experience • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively and building strong working relationships • Proficient with technology including LibreOffice, Zoom and mobile tools
