📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day Pega development activities, including application configuration, enhancement delivery, defect resolution, and production support • Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise Pega applications • Build and enhance functionality using Pega Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development best practices • Partner with solution architects on design, security, and integration standards • Support application demonstrations, sprint reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs • Participate in test execution, defect resolution, and release support • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Troubleshoot production issues and support releases for scalable enterprise solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required • 7–10+ years of IT experience • 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience • Strong implementation, enhancement, and production support experience • Strong expertise with Pega Infinity, PRPC 7.x/8.x, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Case Types, UI development, and production support • Experience building REST/SOAP integrations, Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, decisioning components, and reusable application frameworks • Ability to troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, support releases, and enforce Pega guardrails and performance best practices • Experience with Agile delivery, solution design collaboration, DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD environments • Experience delivering enterprise Pega solutions in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries
