📋 Description

• Design and enhance mission-critical digital products for investigative operations, data analysis, and operational decision-making • Create wireframes, journey maps, workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs • Translate business requirements and user needs into effective interaction and visual design solutions • Conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, and usability testing • Design experiences that simplify complex workflows and data-rich environments • Contribute to information architecture, navigation models, and design system development • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts throughout the product lifecycle • Present design concepts and recommendations to client stakeholders • Ensure solutions align with accessibility, security, and enterprise design standards • Support agile delivery teams by refining and iterating designs based on feedback and testing results • Maintain consistency across products through reusable design patterns and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • At least 8 years of professional experience in UX, UI, or Product Design • Previous consulting experience in a client-facing environment • Prior experience designing solutions for U.S. Federal Government agencies • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across user experience and visual design • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience conducting user research, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design • Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility best practices • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a clearance • Must reside within the United States; candidates residing in New York, California, or Colorado are not eligible
