📋 Description

• Draft and propose product changes intended to advance existing growth initiatives • Participate in the experimentation lifecycle, learning from research and iterating based on feedback • Contribute to an experiment-idea backlog • Generate multiple approaches to address friction areas and influence user behavior through interaction design and prototyping • Understand user goals and advocate for product changes supporting users’ best interests • Maintain high quality standards while balancing experimentation with a high bar for permanent changes • Partner with product management, research, design, and engineering to define problems and experiment goals • Measure impact through experimentation • Report to the Product Design Manager and work closely with an experienced Product Designer in Growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally including onboarding, growth, or monetization work • Hands-on experience with growth tooling and approaches such as A/B testing and behavioral analytics tools including Amplitude and Pendo • Experience with self-serve, product-led SaaS business motions • Ability to work with experiment results and interpret findings to guide design decisions • Ability to balance speed and quality of deliverable designs • Experience working in distributed, asynchronous environments
