📋 Description

• Perform integration, regression, and functional testing on systems • Ensure compliance with system requirements, business practices, policies, and client practices • Analyze functional and technical requirements • Create and edit test cases for new or modified systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Scrum Teams in agile settings • Adhere to Software Engineering disciplines and change control standards and procedures • Ensure testing meets business and technical requirements • Conduct code reviews with peers • Support multiple pod teams and potentially manage complex assignments • Provide feedback to improve testing processes and identify areas for automation

🎯 Requirements

• 5 plus years of Scrum and Agile experience • Extensive experience in test case creation, testing, and defect management • Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills • Advanced analytical/quantitative, reconciliation, deductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills • Experience with Automated Change Management • Accuracy and attention to detail • Desired: 3+ years of experience with test automation tools and methods that facilitate Test Driven Development (TDD)
