📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of key client and platform projects • Agree project scope, goals, and resourcing against the SOW with stakeholders • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones as priorities change • Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders • Provide documentation, reporting, follow-up emails, status decks, and Steering Committee decks to client stakeholders • Track action items, decisions, and dependencies through closure • Maintain risk and issue logs and flag blockers, risks, and slipping dates with proposed paths forward • Run client meetings and internal project check-ins with clear owners, due dates, and next steps • Coordinate project rollout, user adoption, and handoff to production support after launch • Track budget and burn against the SOW, flag scope changes, and support change orders • Identify and implement process improvements, including AI-based task automation • Partner with the Product Owner, engineers, designers, product, client services, and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, including client-facing software or technology projects • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience presenting project status to client executives and Steering Committees • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Jira, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Keen attention to detail • Urgency and accountability in project execution • Consistent follow-through on open items until closure • Employment authorization in the country where the job is located • Makai Labs is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship
