📋 Description

• Support the technical delivery and implementation of enterprise IT solutions spanning hardware, software, and platform services • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to align technical requirements and support solution design and integration activities • Ensure delivered capabilities meet performance, reliability, and security expectations • Contribute to technical planning, validate requirements, and support platform enhancements and deployments • Monitor technical dependencies, identify risks and environmental constraints, and help resolve technical issues impacting delivery • Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance automation, and improve operational efficiency • Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and operational standards

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5)+ years of experience supporting the delivery of complex IT solutions across infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise applications • Ability to work across engineering, architecture, and operations teams to drive technical outcomes • Strong understanding of system integration, platform capabilities, and service delivery within enterprise environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or another related technical discipline • Prior experience supporting federal government IT programs (optional or preferred) • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring or observability platforms and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (optional or preferred)
