📋 Description

• Configure and implement Workday solutions to meet client needs • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design scalable solutions • Support all phases of project delivery • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues • Provide guidance on optimizing usability and compliance • Document configurations and create training materials

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience • Strong focus on Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes • Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules • Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field • Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent is a plus
