📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Workday HCM modules • Manage system enhancements and upgrades related to Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals • Provide expert guidance and support to resolve complex issues and optimize Workday HCM functionality • Develop and implement best practices, standards, and policies for Workday HCM modules • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing HR processes and data management • Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies related to Workday HCM to drive innovation and process improvements • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to address technical challenges and optimize system performance • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred • Workday HCM certification or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM modules • Knowledge of core HR processes, talent management, compensation, and benefits administration within the Workday platform • Experience leading Workday HCM projects and driving organizational change initiatives • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving results in a dynamic environment • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Familiarity with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and EIBs preferred
