📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking business performance • Develop and maintain KPIs providing real-time visibility into business health and funnel performance • Analyze funnel conversion rates, drop-off points, and program effectiveness • Recommend improvements to impact and efficiency • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify metrics and reporting for pilots and new initiatives • Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership • Deliver concise, data-backed narratives framing opportunities, challenges, and outcomes • Own SQL-based querying, data wrangling, and transformations for complex datasets • Streamline and automate recurring reporting • Partner with engineering and data science teams to resolve data quality or access issues

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets • Experience navigating complex data infrastructure • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Superset • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, querying, and reporting • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to translate data into clear business insights in writing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distill complex analyses for non-technical, senior stakeholders • 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data, business operations, or a related field • Prior experience in a high-growth environment, multi-sided marketplace, or platform business • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
