📋 Description

• Oversee third-party relationships related to utility billing services • Enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation using data analytics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic policies and advance technology • Provide leadership to optimize utility billing operations and maintain customer-centric service • Lead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of utility billing processes and standards • Oversee data analysis related to utility consumption, billing patterns, and customer feedback • Collaborate with customer service and other departments regarding billing policies • Handle escalated billing issues and work with the billing team for timely resolution • Oversee resident billing inquiries and work with clients on resolution as needed • Work with IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to integrate billing systems with policy requirements and company goals • Ensure third-party integrations to billing software function as expected and provide continuous reporting • Lead projects improving billing accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, including software implementations, process automation, and policy changes • Supervise staff and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Policy, or related field • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in utility billing, policy development, or financial analysis • Strong understanding of utility billing operations, regulatory frameworks, and data analysis • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills • Proficient in billing systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Capability in leadership and team development • Proven strategic planning and execution • Regulatory and compliance expertise • Strong attention to detail • Must be able to show documentation authorizing legal work in the United States of America
