📋 Description

• Lead case strategy and conduct initial case reviews and consultations • Review and approve packets, declarations and motions for T visa, U visa, VAWA, SIJS, family-based petitions, consular processing, waivers, RFEs and NOIDs • Appear before USCIS and immigration courts • Manage an individual caseload • Give feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to keep work accurate and on time • Serve as Attorney of the Day, guiding the legal and consultation teams • Work with a dedicated paralegal and legal support team

🎯 Requirements

• Active U.S. bar license in good standing (any state) • 2+ years of attorney experience handling T visa, U visa and/or VAWA cases • Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken • Comfort appearing before USCIS and immigration courts • Experience with I-918B/I-914B certification work, SIJS, asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, CAST or ASISTA training, case management, Google Workspace and Slack is nice to have • Camplegal training is provided
