📋 Description

• Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement across recruitment teams • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and client satisfaction throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address hiring challenges and deliver talent solutions • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across programs • Coach, mentor, and support recruiters to drive individual and team success • Monitor team performance, recruiting metrics, and operational effectiveness • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring service level expectations are met • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships • Lead and develop recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of recruitment services

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience within recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition environments • RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience is required • Prior experience leading recruitment teams supporting the utilities and manufacturing industries • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously • Proven success leading and developing recruiting teams • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Ability to effectively manage priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • High school diploma or equivalent
