📋 Description

• Coordinate and support high-volume recruiting activities • Partner with recruiters to manage candidate movement from application through onboarding • Support credentialing and compliance activities for Intuit TurboTax hiring initiatives • Schedule and coordinate interviews among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers • Monitor candidate progress and follow up to meet deadlines and hiring targets • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in ATS platforms • Serve as a primary candidate contact and address hiring and onboarding questions • Collaborate with recruiters, HR, hiring managers, and support teams • Assist with onboarding paperwork, system access requests, and new hire communications • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing hiring demands • Generate reports, track recruiting metrics, and provide administrative support • Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, HR coordination, or onboarding support • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday (preferred), Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is considered a strong asset for success in this role
