📋 Description

• Execute the full recruitment process • Develop sourcing strategies and conduct interviews • Manage talent acquisition projects while collaborating with business leaders across all business lines • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, including premium labor reduction, cost per hire, contract labor, and staff mix goals • Analyze open positions and create recruitment alternatives with hiring managers • Develop proactive strategies including succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion • Provide actionable insights on talent market trends • Address recruiting and retention challenges with HR and managers • Fill immediate job openings in a timely manner • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels • Enhance the employer brand by showcasing company culture, values, and opportunities • Analyze recruitment metrics and identify process improvements • Develop talent pipelines • Maintain ATS data integrity and support Talent Acquisition process improvements • Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and recruiting best practices • Support candidate qualification, referrals, interview follow-up, benefit overviews, offers, and onboarding handoff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree; 4 year experience in recruitment or Human Resources may be considered in lieu of degree • Minimum 3 year experience as a healthcare recruiter • Experience in the development and training of recruitment and hiring practices • Ability to travel • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
