📋 Description

• Source, qualify, and prescreen candidates for various opportunities • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, such as LinkedIn and Indeed • Craft and send recruiting emails • Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to determine position requirements • Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques such as Boolean search • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs • Provide talent insight and feedback on market conditions to build a recruiting strategy • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites • Provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits; make presentations; and maintain rapport • Ask for referrals from external networks • Promote the talent and employer brand online and offline • Maintain candidate databases via the Applicant Tracking System and talent community • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience • 3 years of passive candidate sourcing experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience working with applicant tracking systems • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills • Motivated team player; self-starter • Effective time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and complete critical tasks with a sense of urgency
