📋 Description

• Own full-cycle hiring from understanding client needs through sourcing, screening, presentation, negotiation, and signed offer • Translate client needs into hiring profiles, interview scripts, and test assignments • Source candidates across Europe and Latin America, and the US where relevant • Conduct structured interviews in English • Shortlist candidates and prepare showcase reports • Coordinate client interviews • Moderate client-candidate interviews and support negotiations • Help clients reach hiring decisions and continue searching until roles are filled • Manage placed talent during their first weeks and address issues with clients • Maintain Teamtailor ATS and internal databases • Grow the LinkedIn candidate network and strengthen the talent pool • Use AI tools for sourcing, screening, assessment, and written communication • Identify and suggest process improvements • Support additional tasks and projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level Recruiter • Fluent written and spoken English • Solid experience sourcing and hiring middle and senior remote specialists in digital fields • Recruiting agency experience ideally • Strong hands-on recruiting experience across Europe and Latin America • Experience with the US candidate market or US-based clients/roles is advantageous • Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI sourcing platforms, and automation • Strong business acumen • Persuasive, warm communication skills • Strong closing rates on tight timelines and candidate retention track record • Genuine drive to communicate extensively with clients and candidates • Excellent organizational habits and proactive follow-up • Strong attention to detail • Empathy, interest in people, critical thinking, and ability to spot red flags • Reliable computer and solid internet connection • Availability aligned with 11 am–7 pm Central European Time • Full commitment; not alongside other work or studies
