📋 Description

• Support a key client's recruiting needs • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Connect candidates' skills to job opportunities and career pathways • Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Own workload and deliver recruitment metrics and commitments • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates • Advocate for candidates and remove barriers to employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills • Educate clients on local labor markets and workforce management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (Customer Service recruiting preferred) • High school diploma or equivalent • Remote work capability • W2 contract eligibility • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
