• Source, screen, and hire drivers and transportation-related talent • Support hiring for a fast-growing autonomous vehicle transportation company • Build and leverage a strong candidate network • Deliver hires quickly
🎯 Requirements
• Proven recruiting experience in transportation, logistics, driver, or operations roles • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills • Ability to work independently and deliver hires quickly • Existing database/network of drivers is a major plus • Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources preferred • AV, mobility, transportation, or logistics industry experience is a plus
