📋 Description

• Execute and monitor Workday Recruiting projects and change requests for existing, new, and future configuration across the organization • Ensure scalability and successful operational transition into production • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements and key design decisions • Transform business requirements into effective system solutions • Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance for system updates • Ensure data quality and process accuracy • Prototype new Workday features and capabilities • Stay current with Workday releases and best practices • Collaborate with Production Support, HR Operations, and other global stakeholders • Help resolve production issues and act as an escalation point for recruiting-related system support • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system usability

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • 5+ years of experience with HR systems • 4+ years of Workday configuration experience • At least 2 years of Workday Recruiting configuration experience • Advanced degree preferred • Workday certifications in Core HCM and/or Recruiting preferred • Familiarity with Workday functional areas such as compensation and reporting • Understanding of recruiting and HR business processes and workflows • Ability to document business requirements and translate them into system solutions • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and supporting HR systems • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
