📋 Description

• Oversee and prioritize 20+ requisitions while ensuring timely delivery of qualified talent • Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting support • Maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams throughout recruitment • Balance competing priorities and adapt to changing business demands • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates • Work independently in a fully remote environment • Collaborate with recruiting team members and cross-functional partners • Drive recruitment processes with urgency, organization, and attention to detail • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding • Manage high-volume corporate recruiting and applicant pipelines • Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate records in the ATS • Support end-to-end recruiting activities to achieve hiring goals and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced recruiter • Experience in high-volume recruiting • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders • Ability to manage 20+ requisitions and a large applicant pipeline • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews • Ability to maintain accurate candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS) • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Ability to meet recruiting goals and deadlines
