📋 Description

• Set and execute the Life Inforce operations strategy aligned with U.S. Operations leadership and broader Life business priorities • Lead end-to-end transformation of customer and producer experiences • Integrate front- and back-office operations and advance straight-through processing • Scale shared capabilities to support New Business growth • Direct a global workforce of 150+ employees and contingent resources • Align talent to priority outcomes while fostering accountability, development, recognition, and company values • Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, business intelligence, industry benchmarks, centralized planning, and disciplined measurement • Measure service, quality, efficiency, and financial impact • Partner across Operations, Distribution, Product, Shared Services, and global businesses • Resolve cross-functional challenges and improve processes • Deliver scalable solutions that support growth • Oversee policy administration, vendors, controls, and emerging risks • Ensure accurate and timely service, contract and quality management, regulatory alignment, and proactive risk mitigation • Lead critical functions spanning life payments, policy changes and information, licensing, commissions, and in-force policy administration • Champion digital transformation and build scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing large-scale operations or administrative functions and delivering complex, enterprise-level initiatives • Proven success driving operational transformation, process automation, service excellence, and sustainable efficiency improvements • Deep understanding of the financial services industry, business operations, and regulatory and risk considerations • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including developing business cases, evaluating investments, and managing financial commitments • Exceptional executive communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Strategic, analytical, and solutions-oriented leadership • Sound judgment in complex, evolving, and ambiguous environments • Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational leadership • Experience building collaborative, high-performing teams • Postgraduate degree or relevant professional designation preferred
