📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings • Configure Salesforce functionality including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and Flow automations • Monitor platform health and troubleshoot configuration, integration, performance, and user-reported issues • Assist with Salesforce releases, updates, sandbox management, and deployment activities • Ensure configurations align with governance, security, scalability, and platform best practices • Serve as the initial point of contact for Salesforce user questions, support requests, and enhancement ideas • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, knowledge articles, release notes, and support documentation • Support onboarding and training of new users • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders • Perform data quality reviews, audits, validation checks, deduplication, imports, exports, and mass updates • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver business metrics and operational insights • Gather business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities • Translate business needs into Salesforce configuration changes, workflow enhancements, and declarative automation solutions • Participate in testing, QA, UAT, validation, change management, release management, and deployment activities • Support security reviews, audits, compliance initiatives, and governance activities • Collaborate with administrators, solutions engineers, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders on Salesforce enhancements • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, certifications, and industry best practices • Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, security, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 1–3 years hands-on experience supporting business users as a Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Salesforce Administrator certification required • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Omni-Channel, Lightning Experience, Flows, and complex reporting and dashboards • Familiarity with LWCs, Apex, SOQL, and triggers preferred • Additional Salesforce certifications strongly preferred • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, release pipelines, and source control best practices, including Azure DevOps, Gearset, and Git • Experience troubleshooting user issues and managing data quality initiatives • Experience with strict security models and access management • Experience working in Agile environments • Experience with healthcare or growth-focused organizations • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills focused on root-cause analysis • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams • Highly organized and meticulous, with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments • Eagerness to learn new Salesforce capabilities and continuously develop technical expertise • Ability to balance operational support with long-term platform improvements • Ability to leverage AI tools across analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation
