📋 Description

• Serve as a senior relationship owner for a defined set of current Taft-Hartley clients, focusing on high-revenue and high-potential accounts • Maintain proactive contact with trustees and fund leadership to understand business needs, satisfaction, and emerging issues • Partner with regional representatives and practice leaders to ensure service commitments and renewal readiness • Provide visibility on strategic accounts and coordinate escalations or sensitive relationship matters • Track labor, regulatory, industry, and competitive developments relevant to Taft-Hartley plans • Contribute industry-specific content to podcasts, newsletters, and conference activities • Represent the practice at industry events and conferences • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, TPAs, fund attorneys, and other intermediaries • Coordinate consultant-facing strategy, pricing consistency, and joint positioning for larger opportunities • Identify expansion revenue opportunities within the existing client base and shape proposals and pipeline strategy • Track and report expansion pipeline and outcomes against growth goals • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Practice Leader, regional sales/service representatives, Client Liaison, Business Manager, Events Coordinator, and Solutions Consultant

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in labor/Taft-Hartley benefits, Taft-Hartley fund administration, employee benefits consulting, or a closely related field • Demonstrated track record managing senior-level client and trustee relationships, including renewal and expansion outcomes • Existing network of, or demonstrated ability to build, relationships with consultants, TPAs, and fund attorneys serving Taft-Hartley plans • Strong working knowledge of the labor/union benefits market, including regulatory and industry trends • Willingness to travel regularly to visit clients, attend industry conferences, and support regional teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the practice externally at a senior level
