📋 Description

• Partner with internal IT, Innovation, and related teams to maintain expert-level knowledge of AI and technology developments relevant to advisor practice • Translate emerging developments into actionable monthly learning segments for cohort check-in meetings • Design and deliver curriculum spanning AI in wealth management, advisor productivity, technology-enabled advice, digital client experiences, automation, and data-driven decision making • Facilitate live demonstrations, answer questions, and guide discussions during monthly cohort meetings • Own and maintain Mariner Academy data tracking and reporting, including attendance, course completions, and assessment scores • Provide actionable reports and clear performance analytics to Academy leadership, Executive Leadership, and Program Managers • Track technology and tool adoption and utilization at individual and cohort levels • Identify and flag advisors below utilization, competency, or performance benchmarks and enable personalized development plans • Collaborate across business units, Innovation, IT, and Compliance to align training materials with regulatory and operational standards • Evaluate and recommend new technology and AI tools for advisor practice and Academy curriculum integration • Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure connecting the learning management system with enterprise analytics platforms • Champion technology that enhances the advisor’s role and client relationship

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Demonstrated experience with learning management systems (e.g., Docebo or similar), Excel, and connecting multiple reporting platforms • Proven ability to translate technical or data-driven concepts for a non-technical, professional audience • Strong analytical and reporting expertise • Background in wealth management, financial planning, or a related financial services field preferred • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies within professional services or advisory settings preferred • Experience collaborating across IT, Innovation, or Compliance teams preferred • Organizational change management experience related to technology adoption preferred • Willingness to learn Motivational Interviewing and achieve proficiency within the first year • AI literacy and technology fluency • Data analytics and reporting • Cross-functional partnership with IT, Innovation, and Compliance • Facilitation and live demonstration skills • Change management • Business acumen • Self-directed execution • Meticulous attention to detail • Legally authorized to work in the United States
