• Work alongside the Senior Manager of Strategy to develop client marketing strategies and GO Plans. • Support Account Directors in driving client success and achieving business objectives. • Identify opportunities to improve performance, increase lead generation, and drive measurable ROI. • Collaborate with teams across strategy, sales, client services, digital marketing, and outcomes to ensure work is aligned and moving forward. • Review campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data and insights. • Help guide marketing programs that may include paid media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, social media, and sales enablement. • Stay current on B2B marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. • Participate in client meetings and contribute strategic recommendations and ideas.
• A strong background in B2B marketing with experience developing and executing marketing strategies. • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation. • Strong understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline growth and revenue generation. • Experience using HubSpot and other CRM or marketing automation platforms. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into action. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams. • Bonus Points For Agency experience. • HubSpot certifications or other relevant marketing certifications. • Experience supporting clients across multiple industries.
