📋 Description

• Lead a customer outreach process involving calls and emails to build and manage external customer relationships with continued account support • Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase usage and spend • Use client-provided and self-guided training resources to stay current on product knowledge • Use data to manage, review, and report on pipeline to the manager weekly, including a forecast and plan to achieve targets • Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets • Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM • Build and manage internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships • Prepare and run monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reviews with internal MarketStar peers and leadership • Use data to drive planning and success • Provide internal and external customer sentiment insights, including product feedback and key industry learnings • Perform other applicable duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong time and project management organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites • Demonstrated ability to build relationships • Strong written and verbal presentation skills • Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals • Able to multi-task, manage time effectively and adapt to change • Able to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred • Previous experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology preferred
