📋 Description

• Drive learner readiness and accountability throughout onboarding by monitoring engagement, coaching performance, reinforcing expectations, and ensuring a successful transition from training to the production floor. • Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion, including mock calls, knowledge validation, performance calibration, and go-live recommendations in partnership with Team Leads and QA. • Build partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders to align training execution with business priorities and evolving program needs. • Lead the post-training mentorship experience through structured skill application, coaching opportunities, shadowing, and feedback loops. • Design, build, and continuously improve learning materials, including facilitator guides, participant resources, knowledge checks, call frameworks, and scalable enablement assets. • Measure training impact using learner performance data, certification outcomes, business metrics, and stakeholder feedback. • Deliver ongoing enablement addressing performance gaps, reinforcing key behaviors, and supporting continued skill growth. • Identify learning opportunities through feedback, quality trends, and business performance data, then implement targeted improvements. • Execute onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff through completion, preparing learners, leaders, tools, and resources. • Lead training initiatives through planning and stewardship of program resources, materials, and budget allocations. • Lead and deliver program-specific onboarding to help new hires ramp quickly and perform confidently. • Facilitate training across product knowledge, sales methodology, roleplay progression, and certification readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role • Knowledge of adult learning principles • Experience in training facilitation and delivery • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners • Experience with content creation and sales processes • Prior experience in a client-embedded or program-specific training role • Commitment to staying current with industry trends and prioritizing professional development
