📋 Description

• Deliver on-site installations of ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems in hospitals and clinics • Provide comprehensive and structured training for clinical end-users and users at all levels • Pre-stage, configure, and validate products for installations and clinical readiness • Partner with hospital IT teams to coordinate network and clinical readiness • Adjust training content for site-specific clinical, technical, or administrative needs • Reinforce optimal product usage based on clinical needs • Offer remote and in-person technical support for equipment and operational issues • Perform basic system repairs and educate customers on proper use and maintenance • Provide post-installation support remotely and on-site • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, QA/RA, and Product teams on complex installs, upgrades, demonstrations, improvements, and field feedback • Communicate installation status, updates, and resolutions to customers • Document and escalate complaints in compliance with FDA regulatory guidelines • Contribute to training program development and product improvement initiatives • Support service projects including software updates, tower installations, and customizations when not in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors include Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Computer Science • 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales • 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical) • Demonstrated track record of clinical support or sales success • Strong foundation in cardiac monitoring, rhythm management, or biomedical systems • Comfort with medical software, device troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to assess issues quickly and propose effective, sustainable solutions • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service, and engineering teams • Highly self-directed with excellent time management and accountability • Must be open to extensive overnight travel (75–80%) • Must be able to work in hospital/clinical environments and provide remote support from a home office • Additional job-related screening may be required following a conditional offer, as permitted or required by applicable law
