📋 Description

• Define and drive the multi-quarter strategy for credit platform core services • Align prioritization with client needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements • Author detailed product requirements and technical documentation for backend systems, APIs, and credit data models • Lead coordination across engineering, GTM, operations, legal, compliance, and risk • Move new credit products and features from concept to market • Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions affecting account management, transaction processing, and data integrity • Ensure credit account APIs provide reliability, scalability, and seamless integration • Align feature prioritization with broader business goals and client roadmaps • Engage external customers and internal stakeholders to surface needs and validate solutions • Use analytics and product metrics to identify platform gaps, measure feature impact, and sharpen prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on credit cards or lending • Track record of owning complex platforms or backend product areas end-to-end • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with backend systems and APIs • Deep technical acumen across APIs, distributed systems, and modern production environments • Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and contribute meaningfully to technical discussions • Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical and regulatory topics into clear narratives • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization • Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to credit products • Comfort navigating legal and risk reviews • Familiarity with payment network rules, card scheme regulations, or broader payment technology best practices is a nice-to-have
